Refund Policy

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, write to us through the contact page with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item — in that case we cover it and make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives back to us.
